Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms, especially at night when the lights to other parts of the hotel are switched off. The service is beyond helpful and amazing, with attentive staff eager to please. The location is very convenient, close to the main attractions in Oaxaca. The dining experience is a mix - with amazing dishes like mole tamales but also some below par options. The facilities are well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had a very charming and lovely historical feel, from the cozy second-floor room to the spacious downstairs room. It was especially magical at night when the lights in other parts of the hotel were switched off, although I wish my room had a window. The service was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond, even decorating our towels with intricate animal shapes and flowers – such a romantic touch. The location was excellent, near the Zocalo with amazing restaurants nearby. The dining experience was a highlight with fresh, delicious meals prepared daily. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel was located near the Zocalo, making it very convenient for exploring villages, museums, churches, and marketplaces. The rooms, despite being a bit smaller than expected and lacking windows, were still comfortable. The service was excellent, with attentive staff and helpful amenities. The dining experience, especially with dishes like mole tamales and chilaquiles, was outstanding. The facilities were well-maintained and the sunroom added a nice touch.
